Just make it say hello

Forget members. Forget mail. If /health is dead, nothing else matters and you'll debug ghosts.

Gitignore so we don't accidentally publish the whole club:

Prisma generates a pile of files. Ignore them. Don't hand-edit.

Access keys stay in ~/.aws. .env is just our app:

MAIL_FROM is whatever Gmail or college mail you verify later. No domain.

{ ok: true, shipped: "v3" } means the process is up. It does not mean Postgres works. /health never touches Neon. We bump shipped when we want to see a deploy. The finished repo splits this into config.ts, app.ts, and server.ts.
